① The counter-rotating explosion-proof axial-flow main ventilator (BDK-8-№27 2×280KW) manufactured for Colmo Golovskaya coal mine in Kuzbass, Russia, passed the test of Russian national coal mine safety supervision department in June 2005, and its operating efficiency was 85%. And obtained the license and patent of Russian coal mine.
From 2004 to 2008, 22 explosion-proof counter-rotating axial fans (BDK-№ 27-№ 44) were exported to Russia, including:
Type I is a counter-rotating explosion-proof axial-flow main fan (BDK-12-№ 442×1600 kW/6 kV) produced by Kuzbas Mining Bureau of Russia. It is the largest counter-rotating explosion-proof axial fan at home and abroad, which runs well and is highly praised by Russian users.
Ⅱ. The counter-rotating explosion-proof axial-flow main ventilator (BDK-10 № 402×1600 kW/6kV) manufactured for Shibailie Coal Mine in Kuzba, Russia, has been put into operation in March 2007.
② In 2007, three counter-rotating axial-flow main fans (DK-8-№ 332×1300 kW/11kV) were manufactured for the largest copper mine at home and abroad, which met the requirements of ventilation system network with large air volume and high negative pressure in the mine.

Structural features:
(b) The DK series counter-rotating main fan is composed of two motors, and the impeller is installed at the shaft extension end of each motor, and the two impellers rotate reversely to form a counter-rotating structure. Compared with other types of main fans, higher static pressure efficiency and total pressure efficiency can be obtained, and the energy saving effect is remarkable.
This machine is equipped with YBF series (di) special explosion-proof motor, and the voltage level is 380V/660V or 6KV. The motor is placed in the closed cover of the fan barrel, and high-intensity external circulation air cooling is adopted to dissipate heat, so that the motor runs in fresh air without generating biogas, which ensures the explosion-proof performance of the whole machine and saves the main fan room (only the electronic control duty room) and 85% of the main fan foundation. At the same time, when the machine is against the wind, it is necessary to build an anti-air duct, which saves a lot of supporting civil engineering and infrastructure costs.

BK series main fan
This series of products can be applied to various metal mines and non-metal mines with different ventilation networks, such as underground ventilation and ground ventilation (not applicable to gas wells).
The specifications and models of this series of fans are relatively complete, with a total of 32 specifications, respectively equipped with 4-pole, 6-pole and 8-pole YFa series special three-phase motors for fans.

Small Main Fan in BK55 Mine
BK55 small main fan is suitable for small coal mines with different biogas content with an annual output of less than 60,000 tons. Installed at the ground main return air wellhead, used as a drawable main fan. The whole series is divided into a. B and c, 15.
