What should I do if I want to apply for a US patent in China?

American patent, if you want to apply in China, usually, you will apply in the United States first, and then,

1) can enter China through PCT,

When the PCT application is submitted, it will be submitted 12 months from the date of application in the United States, and when entering China through PCT, it will enter China 30 months from the priority date.

2) You can also ask the United States for priority access to China:

Within 12 months from the date of filing an application in the United States, you can claim the priority to enter China.

When entering China, the procedures are the same as those of enterprises or individuals in China.
