Patients with myocardial ischemia need to pay attention to several aspects in their daily lives:
First, they should eat a low-salt and low-fat diet, and do not use sodium chloride. Eating too much and high-fat foods also needs to be properly controlled, as well as quitting smoking and limiting alcohol.
Second, exercise appropriately, increase calorie consumption, control weight, and avoid obesity. Through these lifestyle adjustments, further aggravation of myocardial ischemia can be prevented. Simply improving lifestyle cannot completely improve myocardial ischemia.
Third, corresponding drugs need to be used for treatment, especially anti-platelet drugs: aspirin, which can inhibit platelet aggregation and prevent thrombosis. Statin drugs: Atorvastatin or rosuvastatin can promote plaque regression and prevent further aggravation of arteriosclerosis. These drugs require long-term use.
Fourth, risk factors such as hypertension, diabetes, and hyperlipidemia also need to be actively controlled. Only by taking comprehensive measures can the gradual worsening of myocardial ischemia be prevented.
