Do the abstract drawings in a patent application have to be one of the drawings in the description?

Article 23 of the Implementing Rules of the Patent Law stipulates: For patent applications with drawings, a drawing that best explains the technical features of the invention or utility model should also be provided. Therefore, if the description has drawings, the applicant should submit a drawing that best illustrates the main technical features of the technical solution of the invention as an abstract drawing. The drawing attached to the abstract should be one of the drawings included in the description.
