China Construction Eighth Engineering Bureau (full name: China Construction Eighth Engineering Bureau Co., Ltd.) is a large state-owned backbone enterprise group, which is affiliated to China Construction Co., Ltd., founded in 1952 and headquartered in Pudong New Area.
A number of patented technologies cultivated by China Construction Eighth Bureau have reached the international advanced level and were rated as "national high-tech enterprises". Its construction projects include Dalian Ocean Building, Nanning International Convention and Exhibition Center and Guangzhou New Baiyun International Airport Terminal. On November 3rd, 221, China Construction Eighth Bureau won the first prize of the 22 National Science and Technology Progress Award for its project "Theory, Key Technology and Application of Multi-scale Protection of Urban Architectural Heritage in China".
