Which department issued the rural real estate license?

Legal analysis: the rural real estate license is managed by the registration authority where the house is located. The applicant submits a written application, and the registration authority shall review the ownership of the accepted application; Public consultation on objections to potentially controversial applications through notices, newspapers, etc. ; Apply for registration for final confirmation and approval, and issue a certificate of ownership to the applicant for housing rights.

Legal basis: Article 502 of the Interpretation of the Supreme People's Court on the Application of the Civil Procedure Law of People's Republic of China (PRC). If the people's court needs to handle the transfer procedures of property rights certificates such as real estate license, land certificate, forest right certificate, patent certificate, trademark certificate, vehicle and vessel license, it may do so in accordance with the provisions of Article 251 of the Civil Procedure Law.
