(2) The management team is effective and the organization is reasonable. More than 80% of the managers have college education or above, and more than 30% of the personnel receive professional training in the incubator;
(three) the use area of the incubator with its own disposal is more than 5000 square meters (the professional incubator is more than 3000 square meters). Among them, the sites used by incubating enterprises (including public service sites) account for more than 75%;
(4) There are more than 30 incubating enterprises (there should be more than 20 incubating enterprises with professional incubators);
(five) the cumulative number of graduated enterprises reached more than 10. More than 500 jobs are provided by graduated enterprises and incubating enterprises (more than one graduate enterprise with professional incubator 10, and more than 300 jobs are provided by graduated enterprises and incubating enterprises); (six) more than 30% of the incubating enterprises in the incubator have applied for patents or have independent intellectual property rights;
(seven) the number of incubating enterprises with college education or above should account for more than 60% of the total number of enterprises;
(eight) the incubator's own seed funds or incubation funds are not less than 3 million yuan, and at least two times the use of funds;
(9) The operating time of incubators is generally above 1 year, and relevant statistical data are reported in time according to the requirements of the administrative department of science and technology of Shanxi Province, and the data are complete and true;
(10) It has formed a working mechanism and service system for entrepreneurial tutors, and can provide entrepreneurial consultation, guidance and services in technology, finance, management, commerce, market and international cooperation;
(eleven) professional incubators should have a public platform or pilot platform in the field of professional technology, with professional technical service capabilities and management team.
The public service places mentioned in Item (3) refer to the activity places provided by incubators for incubating enterprises, including public restaurants, negotiation rooms, conference rooms, exhibition halls, activity rooms, technical testing rooms and other non-profit supporting service places.
