With the participation of modern computer technology, the traditional thousand-year-old Lu embroidery tree has grown strong new branches. In the new century, a flying shuttle computerized embroidery machine operated by only 2-3 people can simultaneously replace 1048 traditional embroidery workers. After being introduced into Wendeng by Yida Group, Lu embroidery has once again made a qualitative leap in technology. Groups of young people who grew up in the hometown of Lu embroidery took over the mantle handed down by "Mrs. Wang Diantai", designed computers, made looms and applied new materials to make the dream of "what you think in your head can make what you want" come true.
The work named "water-soluble embroidery" is the product of the combination of modern new materials and new technologies. At first glance, it is a traditional lace product. From the microscopic point of view, it can be seen that its flower shape is delicate, three-dimensional, full and its needling method is rigorous. This work, through the most advanced shuttle loom at present, has realized the daily change of pattern and the expression of stitch, which has amazed the traditional Lu embroidery artists.
On this embroidery, through precise digital technology control, the back pattern that can't be realized by general embroidery machine and the stitch method that can't be realized by traditional manual embroidery are vividly displayed on the shuttle loom.
Elegant and refined embroidery is beautiful. If you are not careful, it will bring out the light spirit flying in the sky and the charm of Yuhuan dancing, and bring you inexplicable emotions, such as admiration, sadness and intoxication.
In recognition of Wendeng's contribution to the inheritance of Lu embroidery culture, Wendeng was named as "China Famous Craft Home Textile City" by China Textile Industry Association and China Household Textile Industry Association in June 2004.
In order to maintain the vigorous vitality of Lu embroidery in Wendeng, Wendeng Municipal Government has issued relevant policies to encourage social forces to innovate and develop.
Nowadays, Lu embroidery, which inherits all the stitches of traditional hand embroidery technology, has become the pillar industry of Wendeng. By the end of 2006, there were more than 2,000 home textile enterprises in the city with 6,543,800 employees. Wendeng Home Textiles ranks among the top ten (industrial) industries in Shandong.
Under the leadership of China arts and crafts masters Mr. Wang Diantai and Mr. Zou, Wendeng has nearly 1,000 professional designers who inherit and innovate. A number of new products, new processes and new stitches pioneered in China have been continuously developed, and more than 200 patents have been applied and more than 70 patents have been granted/kloc-0. Products cover more than 4,000 kinds of bedding, embroidery and clothing, and the products are exported to the United States, Britain, France, France and other countries.
In September, 2006, with the opening sound of 2006 China-Korea (Wendeng) Craft Home Textile Expo, China Craft Home Textile City, the largest professional home textile market in Jiaodong Peninsula, opened its doors to welcome guests.
For you, it's as beautiful as a flower, like water passing by. Lu embroidery has a beautiful and long history. For two thousand years, there was not much floating dust, either silence or annihilation. Only Lu embroidery is as beautiful as before, more than two thousand years ago, and even more so after two thousand years.
