The solution to the leakage of the outer tank accurately locates the valve stem to avoid the uneven wear of the packing caused by its lateral displacement. The combination of leaf spring preloading packing gland and double sealing ring with elastic compensation provides excellent sealing performance of valve stem and avoids leakage of outer pool under extreme environment and working conditions. 2. Excellent sealing performance adopts unique ball milling process. By rotating the ball and grinding tool in different directions in space, the surface of the ball reaches absolute roundness and smoothness. The sealing surface of the valve seat adopts a wider spherical sealing structure, which can reduce possible nicks and scratches and minimize the damage rate of the valve seat. The sealing performance of the valve completely meets or exceeds the standard requirements. The sealing grade reaches VI (zero leakage). 3. The ball and valve seat meet the requirements of self-shearing and self-cleaning. The sealing pair adopts all-O-ball, double valve seats and leaf spring loading structure; The sealing surface of the valve seat is designed as scraper structure (patented by Newking Company), which can remove 4 silicon powder stuck on the spherical surface when the valve is opened and closed, and has the functions of self-shearing and self-cleaning; The leaf spring adopts double graphite sealing structure. When the valve is sealed, the leaf spring is also sealed, so the medium will not enter the deformation cavity of the leaf spring, and the leaf spring will not be blocked and fail, which can meet the loading requirements for a long time and improve the durability of sealing performance. 4. Prevent the valve stem from flying out. The valve stem is designed with an anti-blow-out structure, which can ensure that the valve stem will not be blown out by the medium even under extreme conditions such as abnormal pressure increase in the valve cavity and failure of the packing pressure plate. The valve stem adopts the bottom-mounted structure design of inverted seal, and the sealing force of inverted seal increases with the increase of medium pressure, thus ensuring the reliable sealing of the valve stem under various pressures. 5. In order to prevent the valve from expanding and dying at high temperature, the ball and valve seat will easily expand and die due to the thermal expansion surface, and the valve cannot be opened. The metal hard sealing ball valve adopts the unique leaf spring loading sealing structure of the utility model, and the thermal expansion between parts can be absorbed by the leaf spring or spring at high temperature, thus ensuring that the valve will not expand and die at high temperature and can be opened flexibly at high temperature. 6. Perfect and optimized fire protection structure design: the valve sealing surface adopts metal hard sealing structure, the filler adopts flexible graphite, and the gasket adopts stainless steel+flexible graphite structure. Therefore, the valve can ensure reliable sealing even in the case of fire. 5. Anti-static function: The parts of the valve are closely connected, which naturally forms an electrostatic channel, so it is unnecessary to design an electrostatic channel to protect the valve. Double blocking function: diamond ball valves generally adopt the sealing structure of the ball front seat, and the two valve seats of the ball valve can independently cut off the medium at the inlet and outlet ends to realize the double blocking function. Anti-misoperation: it is equipped with a 90-degree switch positioning piece with a keyhole, which can be locked as needed to prevent misoperation. Installation platform: Diamond ball valves are equipped with a bracket platform for installing driving gears. Worm gear, pneumatic gear or electric gear can be installed conveniently by driving the mounting bracket.
