1. Copyright

The functions of the National Copyright Administration include 1:

(three) to supervise the implementation of copyright laws and regulations, and to deploy, organize and guide the national copyright administration and law enforcement;

(four) to investigate and deal with major violations of foreign copyright laws and regulations, organize and coordinate special actions to combat infringement and piracy, and undertake the reward work for units and personnel who have rendered meritorious service in combating infringement and piracy;

2. Trademark rights

Paragraph 1 of Article 60 of the Trademark Law stipulates that if one of the acts listed in Article 57 of this Law infringes on the exclusive right to use a registered trademark and causes disputes, it shall be settled by the parties through consultation; Unwilling to negotiate or failing to negotiate, the trademark registrant or interested party may bring a lawsuit to the people's court or request the administrative department for industry and commerce to handle it.

Infringement of trademark rights can be reported to the local industrial and commercial bureau.

3. Patent right

Paragraph 1 of Article 60 of the Patent Law stipulates that: if a patent is exploited without the permission of the patentee, that is, the patent right is infringed, and a dispute arises, it shall be settled by the parties through consultation; Unwilling to negotiate or failing to do so, the patentee or interested party may bring a suit in a people's court or request the administrative department for patent affairs to handle it.

Infringement of trademark rights can be reported to the local patent office.
