Henan Qianhe's hammer-type material level meter is installed on the top of the silo, and the detection process of the material level meter sensor is controlled by the signal sent by the control display. The mechanical transmission part of the weight level gauge consists of a reversible motor, screw rod, gear shaft, bobbin, sensitive lever, etc.
When the material level meter sensor receives the detection command: the motor rotates forward to drive the gear shaft and bobbin to rotate, causing the steel wire rope to move downward and drive the weight to drop from the top of the warehouse. When the weight drops to the material level, it is lifted up by the material level and loses weight. The wire rope relaxes and the sensitive lever action makes the micro switch contact. The control display receives this signal and immediately issues a motor reversal command. The weight rises and returns until the winding is completed. When the barrel hits the top switch, the motor stops, and the weight returns to its original position on the top of the barrel, completing a detection process.
During this process, the control display calculates the distance between the weight from the bottom of the bin to the material level by detecting the number of revolutions of the bobbin, displays it digitally on the panel, and outputs it on the rear panel terminal 4-20mA current.
Power principle:
The weight level meter is composed of a weight, cable, pulse wheel, position sensor and control circuit. When measuring, the weight drops. The cable drives the pulse wheel to rotate. The position sensor and control circuit calculate the number of revolutions of the pulse wheel and calculate the distance the weight falls when it touches the material.
