Since 1986, I have worked in Nankai University, engaged in the teaching and scientific research of intellectual property law for a long time, and undertaken or participated in many national, provincial and ministerial scientific research projects.
Participated in the compilation of many books and teaching materials, and published monographs: Research on the Theory and Practice of Patent Law and Historical Investigation and System Analysis of Japanese Patent Law, among which the latter is the first book in China to systematically and deeply study the historical evolution and system content of Japanese patent law. He has published many academic papers in CSSCI source journals such as Law Research, China Law, Forum on Politics and Law, Jurist, Foreign Law Translation Review, Law, Intellectual Property and Nankai Journal.
