In order to make the precision instrument play a precise measurement function, it needs to be installed in a constant temperature environment (the standard state of the precise measurement environment stipulates the standard temperature state 1, the ideal temperature is 20℃ 1℃, and the temperature changes for 8 hours, based on 2℃, which is the standard of the laboratory). If the customer is not a standard laboratory, it is generally recommended to keep the temperature at 22℃ 2℃ to avoid the error of thermal expansion and cold contraction of the measured object and measuring instrument caused by temperature change.

humidity
Although it does not directly affect the accuracy of the three-coordinate measuring instrument, if the humidity is high, it is easy to produce rust on important machining surfaces, which will have adverse effects on electronic machine parts, so it is hoped to keep it at 55-65℃. Customers are generally advised to install dehumidifiers.

concussion of the ground
When the ground vibration at the installation site is lower than 10Hz, the amplitude must be lower than 2μP-P-p.. 10Hz-50Hz, and the acceleration must be lower than 0.4qal. It is suggested that the installation site should be as far away from vibration sources such as punching machines or truck passages as possible, and it is suggested to build a shockproof foundation if necessary to ensure the accuracy of the machine.

Machine handling path
Please plan and prepare the installation site, transportation path and transportation tools in advance. The width of the door, the height of the door and the height of the installation site of the coordinate measuring instrument should be completed in advance for handling and installation.

Current and voltage
Due to the unstable current and voltage quality in Chinese mainland, customers are generally advised to install voltage regulators and UPS. The three-coordinate measuring instrument uses 220V voltage and needs five or six sockets.

air supply
The three-coordinate measuring instrument is driven by air bearing, which requires high air quality. Therefore, it is suggested that the air pressure of independent air source should be stabilized above 0.45MPa, and the three-filter oil filter should be strengthened to ensure the cleanliness of air source and increase the service life of the machine. Φ 8 mm pipeline quick connector is set near the machine where the three-coordinate measuring instrument is placed.
