The second method is to clean with screw cleaning material, but any screw cleaning material can not be thoroughly cleaned because carbide is metallophilic. Once it is produced, if you want to completely remove it, you need to look at the condition of the machine itself. The machine has good screws and can be cleaned once if possible. When the screw stops running, appropriate screw cleaning materials are added to prevent the generation of new carbides, and at the same time, the original carbides can be cleaned. Of course, the first method and the second method can also be used in combination. If it is possible to adjust the screw, the second method can be used to stop maintenance after polishing to prevent carbide. If carbide is very serious, the method must be cleaned first.
