Balance shaft technology:
Double balanced axis mode:
Double balance shafts drive two balance shafts to rotate through chain transmission, and one balance shaft has the same speed as the engine, which can eliminate the first-order vibration of the engine; The rotation speed of the other balance shaft is twice that of the engine, which can eliminate the second-order vibration of the engine and achieve ideal vibration reduction effect. Double-balanced axle mode is more complicated, with high cost and large engine space, and is generally used on large-displacement motorcycles.
There is also a double balance shaft arrangement mode, that is, two balance shafts are symmetrically arranged at a certain angle with the center line of the cylinder, the rotation directions are opposite, and the rotation speed is the same as that of the crankshaft, so as to balance the first-order reciprocating inertia force of the engine. For example, the balance shaft on the 276Q engine is arranged as above.
Single balanced axis mode:
Single balance shaft adopts single balance shaft, which works through gear transmission, and the fixed balance shaft drives the gear through the rotation of crankshaft->; Balance-> > driven gear->; Balance axis. Single balance can balance the first-order vibration, which accounts for a considerable proportion of the whole vibration and can obviously improve the vibration of the engine. Single balanced shaft mode is widely used in single-cylinder small-displacement engines because of its simple structure and small space occupation.
