Principle of steam-water mixer

Sem _QSH steam-water mixing heater consists of core tube (Raphael nozzle) and shell. There are many inclined holes in the wall of the core tube. The relatively small part of the inlet end of the core tube is the throat, the middle part is the mixed heating zone, and the steam zone is between the core tube and the shell. During the pipeline operation, cold water is injected into the heating area at high speed from the throat, and steam is injected into the heating area at high speed from the inclined hole of the core pipe, and the steam and water are mixed for heat exchange to generate hot water.

Sem _HJ submerged steam-water mixer consists of a shell and a core. There are large and small holes distributed up and down in the shell and small inclined holes distributed around the core. There is an effective mixing heating zone between the shell and the core. When working, steam is injected into the heating area of the mixer from the small inclined hole of the core at a high speed, which pushes the water in the heating area to rotate at a high speed to complete the heat transfer of steam-water mixing. At the same time, the heated water is continuously discharged from the upper hole of the shell when the upper part rotates, and the lower hole is replenished to heat the water circulation in the water tank.
