Industrial technology description and main features:
1. High desulfurization efficiency: The process adopts three-stage desulfurization and absorption, and the total desulfurization efficiency is over 95%, and the denitrification efficiency is about 30%.
2. Ammonia as desulfurizer: The activity of ammonia is very high, and the reaction with SO2 in flue gas belongs to instantaneous reaction, and the gas-liquid contact time is short, so the designed gas velocity is high, the absorption tower is small in size, small in floor space and flexible in layout.
3. The process equipment has good reliability and long service life: SO2 removal in this process technology is carried out under weak alkaline conditions, and the corrosion probability of equipment is extremely low. The material selection of equipment for recovering ammonium sulfate is extremely strict, which ensures the service life of the whole process system equipment.
4. The unique oxidation process of ammonium sulfite ensures that its oxidation rate is ≥99%, and high-quality ammonium sulfate can be recovered, and the quality of recovered ammonium sulfate meets the requirements of DL/T-808 standard.

Technical features:
1. The desulfurization efficiency can reach above 98%, and the dust removal efficiency can reach above 90%.
