The average energy utilization efficiency of newly-built large and super-large data centers in China has dropped below 1.3, and the national hub nodes have further dropped below 1.25, and the green and low-carbon level has reached more than 4A. The overall utilization rate of the national data center has improved significantly, and the utilization rate of the western data center has increased from 30% to over 50%.
