How can we separate the emerging larvae from the feed with feces?

Are you separating maggot larvae? It's not easy. If you keep less, you can only separate it by hand, but if the quantity is large, you'd better buy a machine. Now there is a machine that automatically separates fly maggots.

You can try to put the culture material in the sun, and then spread a waterway around it, and it will naturally climb out. It is recommended to do experiments first ~ ~ because those in the toilet seem to crawl along the water trail.

abstract

The invention relates to a maggot material separator, which comprises a frame, wherein the frame comprises an upright post, a cross brace and a cross brace, wherein the cross brace is longer than the cross brace, and the cross brace is welded at appropriate positions of the frame respectively, and the cross brace is welded at appropriate positions of both sides of the frame respectively; A walking device is installed at the upper end of the frame along the long axis direction; The upper half parts of the two long side walls of the frame are provided with guide grooved plates, the middle part of the frame is provided with a U-shaped stainless steel grooved net, and a group of maggot-discharging funnels are installed below the grooved net, and the maggot-discharging funnels are fixedly connected to the lower cross brace of the frame.

Sovereignty terms

1. A maggot separator, which is characterized by comprising a frame, wherein the frame comprises four upright posts, four cross braces and six cross braces, wherein the cross braces are longer than the cross braces, and the six cross braces are respectively welded at appropriate positions in front and back of the frame, and the four cross braces are respectively welded at appropriate positions on both sides of the frame; The walking device is installed between two upper cross braces at the upper end of the frame along its long axis direction; The upper half parts of two long side walls of the frame are provided with guide grooves, a U-shaped stainless steel groove net is connected to the middle cross brace of the frame below the guide grooves, a group of maggot-discharging funnels are horizontally arranged side by side below the stainless steel groove net, the joint of every two maggot-discharging funnels is just supported at the bottom of the stainless steel groove net, and the maggot-discharging funnels are fixedly connected to the lower cross brace of the frame.

Method for separating earthworm dung and egg cocoon

(Release date: September 26th, 2006 10: 13: 00) Breeding technology of special economic insects.

After being raised for many times in box culture and large-scale culture bed, after 2-3 months, it is necessary to separate the dung particles formed by earthworm digestion from the earthworm, and the cocoon produced in the feed also needs to be separated from the dung particles. The main separation methods are as follows:

1. frame leakage method

For the culture bed that has been fed several times, the adult density is high, the number of eggs and cocoons is large, and the feed is basically dung. Earthworms and dung particles are put into a large wooden frame with 1.2 cm× 1.2 cm mesh barbed wire at the bottom. Using the light-shielding property of earthworms, earthworms can automatically drill into the lower layer under light. Then, the dung particles and egg cocoons are scraped into the hopper car layer by layer with a scraper until the earthworm penetrates through the mesh to drill into the new feed below, at which time most of the earthworm is separated from the dung particles. Then, that dung particle and the egg cocoons are move into an incubation bed, and after 30-40 days under the condition of suitable temperature and humidity, all the egg cocoons hatch and grow to a certain extent, but the egg laying stage is not reached, and the young earthworm is continuously separated from the dung particles by a frame leakage method, and the young earthworm enters a new culture bed. Manure particles can be used as organic fertilizer after treatment.

2. Bait method.

When the culture bed is basically rotten, stop surface feeding and add feed on both sides of the culture bed to lure earthworms to feed new feed. After most of them are lured out, all the old feed containing a lot of eggs and cocoons will be cleaned out. Then, combine the new feed and earthworms on both sides of the old bed. Move the removed earthworm cocoons and feces to the surface of a culture bed with new feed for culture. After the young earthworm hatches, it enters the new feed layer at the lower layer for feeding, and then the earthworm dung at the upper layer is scraped out.

3. Scrape feces.

Using light, the earthworm is drilled into the lower layer, and then the earthworm dung is scraped off layer by layer with a scraper. At the end of scraping, earthworms concentrate on the surface of the breeding bed. The earthworm dung and silkworm cocoons taken out are transferred to an incubation bed for incubation and culture. After the larvae hatch, they separate in the same way.
