The project "Thousands of households grow black fungus with liquid fungi to get rich" is a World Bank grant project jointly undertaken by Chaoyang Edible Fungi Research Association of Liaoning Province, Chaoyang Quanhe Fungi Industry Co., Ltd. and Mahe Township Government of Ning 'an City, Heilongjiang Province, and implemented in Mahe Township of Ning 'an City, which is beautiful and rich. This project is one of the 30 projects that finally won after three rounds of selection from 975 domestic finalists. It has received a grant from the International Finance Corporation of the World Bank Group, and it is a model for non-governmental organizations, enterprises and the government to jointly implement rural prosperity projects.

Mahe Township, Ning 'an City is located in the southwest of Ning 'an City, with 4,600 households and a population of 1.7 million. The net income of this project can be10.70 billion yuan, with per capita income increase of 1.0 yuan.

The project unit pays special attention to technical training and offers technical training courses. The leaders of Ning 'an Municipal Government attached great importance to the implementation of this project, and Vice Mayor Ren attended the training class and delivered a speech. The project implementation unit attaches great importance to the establishment of liquid spawn factory, and adopts the liquid spawn equipment and technology of Chaoyang Quanhe Fungus Industry Co., Ltd. to produce secondary liquid auricularia auricula, which can meet the demand of supplying secondary liquid spawn in Mahe Township.

Liu Yongchang, the king of edible fungi and the patent inventor of ground-planted liquid fungus, personally attended the award ceremony at the table and gave technical training and on-site guidance. He came to Mahe Township, Ning 'an City seven times, and lived and ate in Mahe.
