What behaviors are administrative licenses? Please give me some examples.

Administrative license refers to the act that an administrative organ authorizes a citizen, a legal person or any other organization to engage in a specific activity upon application and examination according to law.

Types of administrative license:

1, general license and exclusive license

General licenses such as driver's license and business license can only be applied if the applicant meets the statutory conditions.

Special licenses, such as gun licenses and tobacco monopoly licenses, require special restrictions on applicants.

2. Exclusive license and non-exclusive license

Exclusive license refers to the license that no one else can apply for after obtaining the application, such as patent license and trademark license.

Non-exclusive licenses such as driver's license and business license.

3. Independent Certificate License and Subsidiary License

Apply for independent license, such as driver's license and entry quarantine certificate.

Subsidiary licenses such as patent licenses and construction licenses.

4. Power administrative license and compulsory administrative license.

Passport, driver's license, business license of industrial and commercial enterprises and other administrative licenses.

For administrative licenses with obligations, such as construction land license and trademark license, the licensee must also undertake the obligation to engage in this activity within a certain period of time.
