2. Providing services related to patents or inventions, products and service marks for inventors;

Administer patent, trademark and trade-related intellectual property affairs by implementing laws related to patents and trademarks, and put forward relevant policy suggestions to the President and the Minister of Commerce, so as to make suggestions for strengthening the national economic strength;
4. Providing advice and assistance to the Ministry of Commerce and other institutions on intellectual property matters;
5. Help and support innovation and national scientific and technological development by preserving, classifying and disseminating patent information.
