2. The variable temperature control technology of resistance heating die has the advantages of fast heating speed and high heatable target temperature.

3. The variable temperature control technology of superheated water heating mold is to use superheated water under a certain pressure to flow rapidly in the mold channel to heat the surface of the mold cavity or core cavity. It is a high imitation technical scheme of variable temperature control technology for steam heating die.

However, due to the huge enthalpy difference between steam and superheated water, the temperature control technology of superheated water heating mold can not be compared with steam heating mold in terms of technical effect and economic benefit.

4. Induction heating mold variable temperature control technology Induction heating technology uses high-frequency electromagnetic field to heat the mold surface. There are two main forms:

-Built-in sensing element

-External inductive element

Its advantage is that only the surface layer of the cavity or core cavity is heated, and the heating speed is fast. However, the disadvantage is that the surface temperature of cavity/core cavity is uneven (especially for medium and large molds), which has an impact on the power grid of the factory. For the external induction heating method, the application scope is particularly narrow, and it has advantages only in small flat products.
