Introduction of self-heating materials

Self-heating materials are materials that physical therapy and health care personnel have been trying to find. There are many open patents in China that use iron powder to generate heat, using iron powder, water, activated carbon, inorganic salts and other materials. The disadvantage of these methods is that water will evaporate rapidly in the actual use process, thus reducing or losing the heating capacity. The author used room-temperature ionic liquid [Bmim][BF4] (chemical name: 1- methyl -3- butylimidazole tetrafluoroborate) instead of water and inorganic salts to prepare disposable materials for physical therapy and health care. The use of new materials overcomes the above shortcomings and makes the heat release of self-heating materials stable.
