1, Bootp flag = 0x8000, quotation broadcast.
2.Bootp flag = 0x0000, and the quotation is unicast.
Finally, eNSP = 0x0000 unicast BOOTP flag; Broadcast with Bootp flags = 0x8000; Bootp flag = 0x 0000 Linux unicast.
