Information to be submitted when applying for registration of scientific and technological achievements

1. certificate of achievement: a certificate issued by a scientific research project or unit, indicating the name of the achievement, appraisal conclusion, appraisal time and appraisal institution.

2. Patent certificate: If the achievement involves a patent application, a patent certificate or patent application documents need to be submitted.

3. Papers: Papers or related publications of this achievement, including those published in periodicals, conference proceedings and other publications, to prove the originality and academic value of this achievement.

4. Physical samples: If the results are physical, physical samples or photos need to be submitted for identification.

5. Research report: including the research process, achievements and conclusions, and proving the scientific and technological content and application prospect of the achievements.

6. Cooperation agreement: If the achievement is completed in cooperation with other units or individuals, relevant documents such as cooperation agreement need to be submitted.

7. Expense receipt: If you need to pay the fee at the time of registration, you need to submit the relevant expense receipt.
