the intellectual property protection center is a national-level intellectual property functional platform led by China National Intellectual Property Administration and established by the State Bureau in cooperation with local intellectual property offices and local governments. It can accept pre-trial business of new patent application, copy of patent register, payment, remote review and invalid trial.
