Practicality means that the subject matter of an application for invention or utility model must be able to be manufactured or used in industry and produce positive effects.
Give some examples that are not practical:
No reproducibility;
against the laws of nature, a typical example, perpetual motion machine;
products that make use of unique natural conditions;
surgical methods for the non-therapeutic female shell of human or animal bodies, such as surgical methods for beauty;
a method for measuring the physiological parameters of human or animal bodies under extreme conditions.
inventions or utility models that have no positive effects, are obviously useless, and are divorced from social needs.
