How to identify Invista cotton fiber label

You must have noticed that some outdoor products such as sleeping bags and clothes will have the following product labels. These product labels are patented fiber labels produced by INVISTA. Since Invista was spun off from DuPont (DuPont Textile and Interior Decoration Company was acquired by Koch Industrial Group in 2004, renamed Invista in English), Invista has now become the largest chemical fiber and intermediate fiber manufacturer in the world. The logo descriptions of Invista and DuPont are basically similar, but the labels are different. After all, they are family. Because these fibers have different properties and characteristics, manufacturers use different colors to distinguish them. Here is a brief introduction to the main Invista cotton fiber labels, so that everyone can have a general understanding.

Extreme pyroclastic rock

The patented technology mixes three different fibers to keep the required warmth even in the worst weather. Good bulkiness and durability. Suitable for winter clothes, coats and sleeping bags.

Thermoluminescence microscopy

Patented superfine fiber, thinner than silk, can keep moisture out of the body and keep warm. Easy to cut and sew, and can be machine washed, dried and dry cleaned. It is suitable for winter clothes, jackets, fashions and sleeping bags.

Thermolite EXTRA

Three-hole spinning fiber composition, strong warmth retention, bulkiness, good support, portability and easy collection.

Thermolite QUALLOFIL

Made of seven-hole hollow fiber, it forms an air bag to retain air, reduce heat loss caused by convection and keep warm. Super inflatable, soft and durable, suitable for warm clothes, sleeping bags, quilts, pillows and so on.

Thermoluminescence activity

Thin high-performance thermal insulation material, durable and warm, suitable for winter clothes and gloves.

Thermolite PLUS

High-performance thermal insulation material, with moderate thickness, good flexibility and close fitting, is suitable for winter clothes, gloves and hunting clothes.

Thermolite (intermediate attic)

Made of four-hole hollow fiber, it can keep warm even if it is soaked, and it is soft and easy to finish. Suitable for winter clothes, sleeping bags, quilts and pillows.

Thermolite (high loft)

Compared with traditional solid fiber, hollow fiber has more thermal insulation effect, and its thermal insulation and elasticity are better than ordinary hollow fiber, which is suitable for winter clothes, sleeping bags, quilts, pillows, snow boots and so on.

Pyroelectric TFI

Thin high-performance insulating material with good air permeability, suitable for toe cap, shoe tube and midsole.
