The title evaluation work is subject to online review. The applicant's unit and competent department will log in to Ningxia Human Resources and Social Security Network (nxhrss.gov.cn) or Ningxia Personnel Examination Network (nxpta.gov.cn) from March 1th to April 3th, enter the unit port of title evaluation system of Ningxia professional and technical personnel service platform, register and log in according to the operation instructions, and conduct online review step by step according to the declaration process. Those who apply for professional and technical qualifications will enter the personal port of the title evaluation system of Ningxia professional and technical personnel service platform from March 15th to May 15th, register online, and submit paper materials according to the title application procedure after obtaining the confirmation acceptance form.

Party school teachers must meet the following conditions to apply for the qualification of lecturer in senior professional and technical positions:
1. Party school teachers in autonomous region must meet one of the following conditions during their teaching assistant term:
(1) publish two papers independently in public journals.
(2) I have written more than 2, words in published academic works; Or I have written more than 5, words in the textbook (used once in the teaching process and reflected well).
(3) Participate in winning one provincial (ministerial) scientific research award or two prefectural-level scientific research awards, and independently publish a paper in public journals.
(4) Participate in a provincial (ministerial) project or two school-level projects, and independently publish a paper in public journals.
2. Party school teachers in cities and counties must meet one of the following conditions during their teaching assistant term:
(1) publish a paper independently in public journals.
(2) I have written more than 1, words in published academic works; Or I wrote more than 3 thousand words in the textbook (used once in the teaching process and reflected well).
(3) Participate in winning two scientific research awards at the prefectural level.
(4) Participate in a provincial (ministerial) level project, or participate in two municipal and county-level projects.
The qualification of associate professor (senior lecturer) in applying for senior professional and technical positions of party school teachers must meet the following requirements:
1. During the term of lecturer, party school teachers in autonomous region must teach more than three different topics in the main class, and at the same time independently (or rank first) receive a teaching award organized by the Academic Affairs Office or the Correspondence Department (graduate department), and must meet one of the following conditions:
(1) publish five professional papers independently in public journals.
(2) Participated in publishing more than one academic work (I wrote more than 1, words) or participated in editing more than one teaching material (I wrote more than 15, words and used it once, which reflected well), and independently published three professional papers in public journals.
(3) independently (or ranked first) won a provincial (ministerial) scientific research award, and independently published three professional papers in public journals.
(4) presided over one provincial (ministerial) level scientific research project or two university-level scientific research projects, and published three professional papers in public journals.
2. Teachers of the Party School of the city must obtain a teaching award organized by the school during the lecturer's term, and must meet one of the following conditions:
(1) publish four professional papers independently in public journals.
(2) Participated in publishing more than one academic work (I wrote more than 7, words) or participated in editing more than one teaching material (I wrote more than 1, words and used it once, which reflected well).
(3) Participate in winning one provincial (ministerial) scientific research award or two prefectural-level scientific research awards (one of which is independent or ranked first), and independently publish two papers in public journals.
(4) Participate in two provincial (ministerial) projects or preside over one municipal scientific research project, and independently publish two papers in public journals.
3. Teachers of county (city) party schools must win the excellent teaching teacher award at the school level during their term of office as lecturers, and they must meet one of the following conditions:
(1) publish three papers independently in public journals.
(2) Participating in publishing more than one academic work (independently writing more than 3, words) or participating in editing more than one teaching material (independently writing more than 5, words, and using it once, which reflects well).
(3) won two scientific research awards at the prefecture level (one of which was independent or ranked first), and independently published a paper in public journals.
(4) Participate in one provincial (ministerial) level project or two municipal scientific research projects, and independently publish two papers in public journals.
Party school teachers must meet the following conditions to apply for professorship qualification for senior professional and technical positions:
1. During the term of associate professor, Party school teachers in autonomous region must teach more than five different topics in the main class, and at the same time independently (or rank first) win a teaching award organized by the school or the Academic Affairs Office, and must meet one of the following conditions:
(1) publish seven professional papers independently in public journals, including three in core journals.
(2) Publicly publish more than one academic monograph (more than 15, words) or edit more than one teaching material (I wrote more than 2, words and used it once, which reflected well), and independently publish four professional papers in public journals, including two in core journals.
(3) independently (or ranked first) won two provincial social science awards, and independently published four professional papers in public journals, including two in core journals.
(4) Presided over a national project or two provincial (ministerial) projects, and independently published two professional papers in core journals.
2. Teachers of the Party School of the city must independently (or rank first) win a teaching award organized by the school during the term of associate professor, and must meet one of the following conditions:
(1) publish six professional papers independently in public journals, including two in core journals.
(2) Publicly publish more than one academic work (I have written more than 13, words) or more than one teaching material (I have written more than 18, words and used it once, which has been well received), and independently publish three professional papers in public journals, including one in core journals.

To apply as a lecturer in an ordinary undergraduate school, one of the following conditions must be met:
1. Participated in teaching quality engineering projects at or above the school level, and published 2 professional papers in public journals independently or by the first author, and 1 in core journals.
2. Won the teaching achievement award or teaching excellence award at or above the school level and the teaching excellence award for young teachers, one of which was the main contributor, and published more than 2 or 1 professional papers independently in public journals or the first author in core journals.
3. He has won one scientific research award at or above the university level and is the main contributor, and has published more than 2 professional papers in public journals independently or the first author, or one in core journals.
4. Publicly publish independent works, co-authors, translated works and editor-in-chief, deputy editor-in-chief, and participating teaching materials (5, words for social science works, more than 7, words for teaching materials, 4, words for natural science works, more than 6, words for teaching materials, and more than 12, words for translation) and publish more than one professional paper in public publications independently or by the first author.
5. Presided over the completion of a scientific research project at or above the school level and published more than 2 professional papers in public journals independently or by the first author or 1 in core journals.
6. Teachers guide students to participate in professional-related competitions at or above the autonomous region level (sponsored by the Education Department, etc.) and win the third prize (more than 3 times), or the teachers themselves win the third prize at or above the autonomous region level (sponsored by the Education Department, etc.), and publish more than 2 professional papers in public journals or 1 professional paper by the first author in core journals.
7. One work created by an art teacher was selected for the national exhibition (sponsored by the Ministry of Culture and the Ministry of Education) or won the third prize of the exhibition at the autonomous region level (the Department of Culture and the Department of Education), and two or more professional papers were published independently in public journals or by the first author in core journals.
8. When the works created by music and art teachers are published in public journals, the number of papers can be calculated by converting two works of art into one paper, but more than one professional academic paper must be published publicly.
9. Physical education teachers guided the team of the school to participate in the competition, won the top three prizes in the autonomous region-level competition group and the top eight prizes in the national competition, and published more than two professional papers or one in the core journals in the independent or first author of public publications.
To apply for an associate professor in an ordinary undergraduate school, one of the following conditions must be met:
1. A project leader who has won an outstanding teaching achievement award at or above the autonomous region level (the top 5 first prize, the top 3 second prize, the top 2 third prize or a national award certificate holder) or a teaching quality project at or above the autonomous region level has published more than 2 professional papers in public publications independently or by the first author, and one of them has been published in a core journal or by SCI, SCI and SCI.
2. 3. Winners of scientific and technological progress award or philosophy and social science award at or above the autonomous region (ministry) level (top 5 first prize, top 3 second prize, top 2 third prize or holders of national award certificates), and have published more than 2 professional papers in public journals independently or by the first author, and one of them has been published in core journals or included by SCI, SSCI, EI, ISTP, etc.;
4. Publicly publish independent works, co-authors, translated works, editors-in-chief, deputy editors-in-chief, and teaching materials (1, words for social science works, 15, words for teaching materials, 6, words for natural science works, 1, words for teaching materials, and 15, words for translated works), and publish 2 professional papers in public publications independently or by the first author, and one in core journals or by SCI and SSCI.
5. Complete one scientific research project at or above the level of autonomous region (Ministry) (top two) or two scientific research projects at the level of prefecture (hall) (moderator), and publish more than two professional papers in public journals independently or by the first author, and one of them is published in core journals or included by SCI, SSCI, EI, ISTP, etc.
6. Teachers guide students to participate in professional-related competitions at or above the autonomous region level (sponsored by the Education Department, etc.) and win the third prize (more than 3 times), or teachers themselves win the third prize at or above the autonomous region level (sponsored by the Education Department, etc.) and publish more than 2 professional papers in public journals independently or by the first author, and one is published in core journals;
7. Two works created by art teachers have been selected for the national exhibition (sponsored by the Ministry of Culture and the Ministry of Education, etc.) or won the second prize at the district exhibition (sponsored by the Department of Culture and the Department of Education, etc.), and more than two professional papers have been published in public journals independently or by the first author, and one has been published in core journals;
8. When the works created by music and art teachers are published in public journals, the number of papers can be calculated by converting three works of art into one paper, but the number of papers shall not be less than three and more than one professional academic paper shall be published publicly;
9. Physical education teachers guide the team of the school to participate in the competition, win the top 2 prizes of the autonomous region-level competition group or the top 6 prizes of the national competition, and publish more than 2 professional papers in the independent or first author of public publications, and one in the core journals;

Presided over scientific and technological development, popularization and application of scientific and technological achievements, and achieved economic benefits of more than 5, yuan (subject to the audit report provided by the social audit department), and published 2 professional papers in public journals independently or by the first author, and 1 in core journals;

To apply for a professorship in an ordinary undergraduate school, one of the following conditions must be met:
1. He has won an autonomous region-level teaching achievement award (the top 5 first prize, the top 3 second prize or the holder of a national award certificate) or the host of an autonomous region-level teaching quality project, and has published 4 professional papers in public journals independently or by the first author, 2 of which have been published in core journals or 1 has been published by SCI, SSCI, EI, ISTP, etc.

Won the first prize of school-level teaching achievement (top 2), and published 7 professional papers by independent or first author, 3 of which were published in core journals or 2 were included by SCI, SSCI, EI, ISTP, etc. Or the project leader who won the second prize of school-level teaching achievements twice, and published 7 professional papers in public publications independently or by the first author, and 3 of them were published in core journals or 2 were included by SCI, SSCI, EI, ISTP, etc.
3. The project host who has won the autonomous region (ministry) level scientific and technological progress award or the second prize of philosophy and social science award or above (the top three in the first prize, the first in the second prize or the holder of the national award certificate) has published more than 4 professional papers in public journals independently or by the first author, and two of them have been published in core journals or one has been included by SCI, SSCI, EI, ISTP, etc.;
4. Publicly publISTPh independent works, co-authors, translated works and editors-in-chief, deputy editors-in-chief, and teaching materials (18, words for social science works, more than 22, words for teaching materials, 12, words for natural science works, more than 18, words for teaching materials, and more than 3, words for translated works), and publicly publish 4 professional papers by independent or first authors, and two of them are published in core journals or one is cited by SSCI.
5. Complete one national scientific research project (top three) or two autonomous regional (ministerial) scientific research projects (moderators), and publish more than four professional papers in public journals independently or by the first author, and two of them are published in core journals or one is included in SCI, SSCI, EI, ISTP, etc.
6. Teachers guide students to participate in autonomous district-level competitions (sponsored by the Education Department, etc.) related to their majors and win the second prize or the third prize at the national level (sponsored by the Education Department, etc.) for more than 3 times, and have published more than 5 professional papers in public journals independently or by the first author, with 2 published in core journals or 1 included by SCI, SSCI, EI, ISTP, etc.
7. Two works of fine arts teachers were selected for the national exhibition (sponsored by the Ministry of Culture and the Ministry of Education) or won the first prize of the exhibition at the autonomous region level (sponsored by the Department of Culture and the Department of Education), and more than five professional papers were published in public journals independently or by the first author, and two were published in core journals;

When the works created by music and art teachers are published in public journals, the number of papers can be calculated by converting three works of art into one paper, but the number of papers should not be less than five, and more than three professional papers must be published in public journals independently or by the first author;
