How is the orbital double tourbillon made?

Cao Weifeng/Cao Wenfeng, the director and engineer of the senior movement creation room of the technical center of Tianjin Seagull Watch Group Company, wants to disassemble the complex whole mechanism into relatively independent structural units, design and verify each correct solution in practice, and then integrate it into a whole to form the positive solution of the complex. This is the basic design idea that I have experienced as a movement designer for many years. The orbital double tourbillon exhibited in Basel this year is the full embodiment of my design concept. I published three articles in Weibo's long article, which can be regarded as my understanding of this complicated trilogy of tourbillon. The last three invention patents merged with each other and became the final noumenon-orbital double tourbillon: orbital double tourbillon. The first step is "tourbillon of PCT patent track for seagulls". This technology is the most critical part of my understanding of orbital tourbillon. Through the full analysis of the existing track tourbillon, I abandoned the commonly used ball bearing and created it by combining splint and gem. Step 2: "Seagull develops multi-planetary differential and invents patent". The differential mechanism with double tourbillon must be selected, and the multi-planetary mechanism with balanced load obtained after long-term verification is the most correct solution, which can ensure the stable power input of two tourbillon and the accurate integration of the timing movements of two tourbillon, and obtain the invention patent at the same time; The third step of the orbital double tourbillon: "My design of the horizontal double tourbillon mechanical watch", this movement is designed as an upgraded version of the double tourbillon. The integration of the basic layer and the tourbillon layer, together with the newly designed differential mechanism, laid a foundation for the stability of this movement and also laid a good technical foundation for the orbital double tourbillon.
