Product features: its active groups can form chemical bonds with epoxy resin and polar intermolecular force bonds with steel matrix, and its polyolefin body can form homogeneous melt bonds with polyethylene layer, thus forming extremely high bonding strength. It has good physical and mechanical properties, electrical insulation and creep resistance. It has the same processability as thermoplastics, and can be extruded and coated, transversely wound, or made into powder for spraying operation.
Application process: the primer of HRG jacket is coated by dip coating method, and the steps are as follows: firstly, the glue stick is melted in the glue melting machine. It is best to use electric heating or open flame heating in the glue melting machine, but in the melting process, stirring tools must be set up to stir thoroughly to prevent the glue from aging and burning due to excessive local temperature. When the melting temperature of the glue reaches about 180℃ (the highest temperature exceeds 200℃), move it to the glue storage tank of the glue dispenser (preferably with a heating device), and add the glue stick into the glue dispenser at any time during use to ensure the storage capacity of about 70%. Control the adjusted rubber oil scraper ring, make the steel pipe preheated to 70 ~ 80℃ pass through, and evenly coat the rubber layer.
