It is suitable for the direct transportation of materials and equipment such as working face gateway, up (down) mountain in mining area and centralized track lane under the conditions of long distance, large dip angle, changeable slope and large tonnage without reprinting; It is an ideal equipment to replace the traditional small winch relay and pull transportation mode and realize the transportation of the whole hydraulic support and various mine equipment; It can also be used for underground tunnels and ground in metal mines, and rail transportation with small slope and ups and downs, and the maximum adaptive inclination angle should not be greater than 2.

The system is equipped with main engine, tensioning device, shuttle car, tail wheel, rope pressing wheel, rope supporting wheel and steering device. The main engine consists of motor, reducer, transmission gear, friction wheel, brake, bracket and base. The motor is flame-proof three-phase asynchronous motor with power of 22~16KW, and can be equipped with two-speed motor as required. The gearbox has the function of mechanical speed change, which can realize two speeds, fast and slow, and the speed ratio of fast and slow is about 2 times. The transmission gear adopts involute cylindrical gear and open gear transmission, and the transmission is stable. Friction wheel adopts wear-resistant cast iron bushing, which has long service life and convenient maintenance and replacement. Brakes include manual brakes for high-speed shafts and electro-hydraulic push rod brakes for low-speed shafts, with safe and reliable braking effect and flexible and convenient operation. Shuttle car has two forms: with anti-running device and without anti-running device. Tension device has three forms: gravity tension, hydraulic tension and electric tension. Winch is equipped with traction wire rope overwinding protection. By directly using the existing underground track system, the direct transportation of materials, equipment and hydraulic supports without reprinting can be realized in straight or curved tunnels with certain slope.
