(2) The enterprise obtains intellectual property rights that play a core supporting role in the technology of its main products (services) through independent research and development, infection, donation, mergers and acquisitions, etc.; it has more than one valid invention patent, or utility model patent More than 6 (we generally recommend 8-10), or more than 6 software copyrights (we generally recommend 8-10)

(3) The technology of the company's main products (services) belongs to the "National Key "High-tech Fields Supported";

(4) The proportion of scientific and technological personnel engaged in R&D and related technological innovation activities of the enterprise shall not be less than 10% of the total number of employees of the enterprise that year

(5) The proportion of the total research and development expenses of the enterprise in the past three fiscal years (calculated based on the actual operating time if the actual operating period is less than three years, the same below) to the total sales revenue in the same period meets the following requirements:

1 .For enterprises with sales revenue of less than 50 million yuan (inclusive) in the most recent year, the proportion shall not be less than 5%;

High-tech enterprise application materials are divided into two parts: online application materials and paper application materials.

1. Online application materials. Enterprises should fill in relevant application information and upload attachment materials according to the requirements of the high-tech enterprise certification application module on the Provincial Sunshine Government Affairs Platform.

2. Paper application materials. The application materials submitted by the enterprise on the Provincial Sunshine Government Affairs Platform can only be printed after they have been reviewed and approved by the prefecture and city, and the paper application materials must be bound in the following order:

(1) "Application Form for High-tech Enterprise Recognition" (Provincial After it is generated on the Sunshine Government Affairs Platform, print and sign it, and stamp it with the official seal of the company).

(2) Relevant registration certificates proving that the enterprise is established in accordance with the law.

(3) Screenshots of the summary number of personal income tax payers or documentation proving the number of social security payers for the last four months of March, June, September, and December (only the summary number is required, Stamped with the official seal of the company), the list of scientific and technological personnel of the company and their positions, etc.

(4) Copies of the main form and appendices of the annual corporate income tax return for 2018 to 2020 stamped with the acceptance seal of the competent tax authority.

(8) Valid intellectual property materials: intellectual property authorization certificate or authorization notice and payment receipt; abstract published on official websites such as the State Intellectual Property Office, intellectual property rights acquired through transfer, donation, merger and acquisition Materials such as the change certificate issued by the relevant competent authority are required. When there are multiple owners of the intellectual property, a statement from the other owners that agrees to the company's use of the intellectual property to apply for a high-tech enterprise must be provided, and the owner must affix an official seal. (12) Intermediaries that issue special audits of enterprise R&D expenses and high-tech product (service) income should provide business licenses (copies), copies of practice certificates, the average number of employees per month throughout the year, and certified public accountants.
