And also undertakes the teaching tasks of postgraduate courses such as "Plant Nutritional Genetics" and "Root Biology". In terms of scientific research, he is mainly engaged in the research of plant nutritional genetics and root biology, focusing on the research of high-efficiency transgenic crops. He has established and optimized the transformation of Agrobacterium rhizogenes infected with soybean cotyledons (applied for a national invention patent, application number: 200910193932.1 ) and cotyledon-node-cutting Agrobacterium tumefaciens, two sets of soybean gene transformation systems have been successfully obtained. New stable transgenic soybean germplasm that efficiently utilizes organic phosphorus has been successfully obtained, as well as a stable transgenic soybean with improved ability to obtain inorganic phosphorus in low-phosphorus growth media. The new germplasm has been identified as a phosphorus-efficient material, and 2 national invention patents for phosphorus-efficient transgenic soybeans have been applied for (application number: 200910036465.1; application number: 201110060369.8). Currently, he is in charge of a National Natural Science Foundation project, a major science and technology project for the cultivation of new genetically modified organism varieties of the Ministry of Agriculture, and a provincial cooperation project. He mainly participates in many topics such as sub-topics of industry science and technology projects of the Ministry of Agriculture. He has published more than 30 papers in professional core journals at home and abroad, and the cumulative impact factor of the published SCI papers is 19.366 (2011). Among them, "Overexpression of AtPAP15 improves soybean phosphorus" in Plant Physiology (included by SCI, 2011 impact factor: 6.451). "Efficiency" research paper, participated in the preparation of 1 academic monograph, won 1 second prize of the Guangdong Provincial Science and Technology Award (ranked fourth), and served as the first instructor to guide undergraduates to participate in the 11th "Challenge Cup" Guangdong University Students Won the second prize in the extracurricular academic science and technology work competition, won the third prize in the 12th "Challenge Cup" National College Student Extracurricular Academic Science and Technology Works Competition, applied for 3 invention patents, and participated in the breeding of 4 nationally approved soybean varieties.
