The distance from the original four-point support hole to the edge of the plate remains unchanged. Because the distance between the two supporting holes on the long side is large, a supporting point is added in the center of the two holes to increase the bending strength of the slate. After the anchor bolts are fixed, install special aluminum alloy connectors on the anchor bolts.

Third, the quality control points

When the column support may produce large displacement, the supporting device suitable for the displacement should be adopted. 2. Slate should have no defects such as collapse and dark cracks, and its overall dimensions should meet the design requirements.
3. The aluminum alloy profiles are in contact with different metal materials of hot-dip galvanized channel steel, and are separated by insulating gaskets to prevent electrochemical reaction.
4. After the chemical anchor is completely cured, the pull-out force should be tested on site, and the testing strength must meet the design requirements.
5, slate should be bending strength and radioactivity testing, test results must conform to the requirements of the specification.
