5. The connection between the hook of the main winch and the flatbed car must use a special connector to ensure reliable connection.
6. When the auxiliary winch is lifted and loaded, the hook shall be connected to the equipment with wire rope or horseshoe ring, and the connection must be reliable, otherwise it shall not be lifted.
7. Winch drivers must hold relevant certificates and drive strictly according to the signals: the main winch "stops once, lifts twice and releases three times" and the auxiliary winch "stops once, lifts four times and releases five times". It is forbidden to use shouting or shaking lights instead of signals. The signal is not clear. No driving.
8, winch driver after succession must carefully check the winch in good condition and the fixed hook in good condition, winch fixed must be solid and reliable.
9, lifting equipment or loading, it is forbidden for anyone to work, walk or stay within the scope of operation of the wire rope, in case of broken rope cuts.
10, objects exceeding 100Kg are strictly prohibited to be handled manually. If adjustment or handling is needed, lifting tools must be used.

12. Before hoisting, the construction personnel should stand in a safe and reliable place 5 meters behind the hoisting site, and the bell man should give a preparatory signal. The winch driver can only send the hoisting signal after sending the same signal, and other personnel are not allowed to send the signal at will.
13. When hoisting equipment, the relevant regulations in Technical Measures for Safety in Equipment Hoisting must be strictly observed.
14, all construction personnel must seriously study safety technical measures, otherwise they shall not participate in the construction.
15, during construction, someone must check the safety of the coal wall and roof. If any abnormality is found, take immediate measures to deal with it, and then continue the operation.
16. Before the main winch and the auxiliary winch are used, the whole-section isolation fence must be firmly and reliably supported with single prop and steel mesh in the winch room to prevent people from being injured after the broken rope rebounds. Raw material defects that cause chain breakage of scraper conveyor: composition segregation, steel grade defects, whether to use appropriate steel grades 40Cr, 35CrMo, 42CrMo, 35CrNi3, etc. Heat treatment defects: whether the heat treatment structure is tempered, whether it is buckled, and whether the chain is shot peened according to the parts provided by the manufacturer. There is also whether there are stress cracks during heat treatment, which leads to defects in the chain.
