Linyi Vocational College of Science and Technology is a full-time public college approved by the Shandong Provincial People's Government and filed by the Ministry of Education. The implementation of Shandong Province and Linyi City two-level management, with Linyi City as the main management system.
The College is located in Hedong District, Linyi City, bordering beijing east road in the north, relying on the planning and construction of Shandong (Linyi) Modern Agricultural Research Institute of Zhejiang University, Linyi Academy of Agricultural Sciences and Linyi Art School. On the east side of the college is the staff dormitory area. The planned area is 12 18 mu, with a total construction area of 584,000 yuan and a planned investment of 3.24 billion yuan.
The overall planning of the college takes Longshan Road as the axis and the layout is symmetrical from east to west. Campus buildings are dominated by red, and the atmosphere is calm and elegant. The buildings are scattered and magnificent, such as elegant clouds, flowers and trees dotted with rivers and lakes running through them, which set each other off and are beautiful. According to the functional requirements, the college is divided into "six functional areas" such as teaching and training area, sports area, life logistics area, administrative office area, campus practice farm and comprehensive development area.

At present, it has 155 intellectual property rights, 65 software copyrights and 126 scientific and technological achievement awards at or above the municipal level.
