2. Click on the blue word report violation tool to enter the official IP complaint page.
3. After entering the IP complaint page. You can search the seller you want to complain about. Enter the product name, brand name, asin and link in the boxes to search for a list of possible infringements. In addition, it also provides uploading pictures for search and matching to find out the list of possible infringements! This is very convenient for many complaints about infringement of image copyright and product appearance patent!
4. If we enter the asin number, we will search an accurate list. If the seller does violate his rights, then check the box in front to complain. However, it should be noted that if you directly view the whole list and make a complaint, the list will be deleted directly if the complaint is successful!
5. If you only want to complain about one seller in the following list, you need to click "Show Quotation" to view the detailed information of all sellers in the list.
6. Then, check the follow-up seller you want to complain about, confirm the person you want to complain about, then pull it to the top, click on the right to select the problem type, and then select the infringement type.
There are three options here: copyright infringement, trademark infringement and patent. Select one of them to enter the complaint details page.
7. After entering the next page, choose the specific performance of the other party's infringement.
(1) Others use their own trademarks for titles, product drawings and product descriptions.
(2) Your trademark is used for products or packaging.
(3) counterfeit products.
If you choose two or three options, you need to provide corresponding evidence. The 1 option provides relatively simple information. Select the 1 option here as an example.
8. If the option 1 is selected. The brand name system will automatically select your registered brand name. If more than one brand is registered, you need to choose the trademark infringed by the other party.
9. The last step is to fill in the contact name and email address, then enter your name as an electronic signature in the next box for confirmation, and then click the submit button to submit. After the Amazon brand is put on record and sold, all the complaint steps will be completed!
