The density is extremely high, there is no macro defect, and the strength can reach 130Mpa, which is beyond the reach of ordinary concrete and refractory castable. Ionic compounds and some synthetic compounds are mainly used, the valence of which is * * *, and the ionic bond is firm, so it has great strength and rigidity, and can effectively resist the impact and shear of materials. However, due to the adoption of composite strengthening measures and special treatment to form chemical bonding, the bonding system has high strength. (2) Excellent toughness and impact resistance. Because the ceramic wear-resistant material adopts non-oriented rigid fiber and oriented mesh reinforcement measures, the toughness is further improved through coupling, so the fracture toughness is strong, which can effectively prevent the damage and peeling caused by impact force. On the other hand, because ionic bonds and their valence bonds are strongly bonded, the bond energy is relatively high, low temperature has little effect on them, and their vibration frequency is extremely high, so it is difficult to pose a threat to them at room temperature and will not be destroyed by thermal shock.
(3) Good integrity Because the wear-resistant ceramic coating adopts double reinforcement measures, and some even adopt various reinforcement measures, the material properties are effectively improved. Moreover, due to the low expansion coefficient of ceramic materials, its volume is stable and cracks are unlikely to occur, so the integrity is good. In addition, the overall construction, there is no joint, and the integrity is further improved.
(4) Good environmental compatibility. Due to the adoption of acid-resistant and alkali-resistant synthetic raw materials, it will not react with slag. At the same time, because these materials are mostly high-temperature synthetic raw materials, their crystals are well developed and their structures are complete, and the environmental temperature will not have a great impact on them, so they belong to environmentally inert materials, so their environmental sensitivity is poor.
(5) The environmental protection, pollution-free and wear-resistant ceramic coating is an inorganic nonmetallic material, and the main component is silicate, which is similar to the composition of the earth's lithosphere, and will not cause soil deterioration and heavy metal ion pollution, and will not affect the ecological environment. Due to the above characteristics, the wear resistance of the normal temperature wear-resistant ceramic coating is 9 times that of 16Mn steel, 8 times that of 65Mn steel and 45 times that of refractory castable. It can be applied to the key wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant treatment layer of various high and low temperature equipment in cement, national defense, petroleum, chemical industry and other industries.
