Generally, it is enough to see the structural characteristics. For some multi-layer structures, in order to clearly see the structure of each layer in a picture, it may not be possible to draw the drawing according to the scale. Many people just draw a schematic diagram to draw the necessary features, and simply draw other non-essential features. Some people also take photos and then draw wireframes on the computer based on the photos.
Some provisions in the review guidelines:
4.3 Drawings in the instruction manual
The drawings in the instruction manual should be drawn using drawing tools including computers and black ink , the lines should be uniform, clear, and deep enough, and should not be colored or altered, nor should engineering blueprints be used.
Section lines in section drawings shall not interfere with the clear identification of reference mark lines and principal lines.
Several drawings can be drawn on one drawing. An overall drawing can be drawn on several drawings, but it should be ensured that the drawings on each drawing are independent, and that when all the drawings are combined to form a complete overall drawing, they do not affect the clarity of each other. There should be no frames around the drawings that are irrelevant to the drawings. If the total number of drawings is more than two, they should be numbered sequentially using Arabic numerals and preceded by the word "Picture", such as Figure 1 and Figure 2. This number should be marked directly below the corresponding drawing.
The drawings should be drawn vertically on the drawing paper as much as possible and clearly separated from each other. When the lateral dimensions of the parts are significantly larger than the vertical dimensions and must be arranged horizontally, the top of the drawing should be placed on the left side of the drawing. When there are more than two drawings on a page of drawings, and one drawing has been arranged horizontally, the other drawings on the page should also be arranged horizontally.
Reference numbers should be numbered using Arabic numerals. Reference signs that are not mentioned in the text of the description shall not appear in the drawings, and reference signs that do not appear in the drawings shall not be mentioned in the text of the description. The reference signs indicating the same component
in the application documents shall be consistent.
The size and clarity of the attached drawings should ensure that each detail in the drawing can still be clearly distinguished when the drawing is reduced to two-thirds, so as to meet the requirements of copying and scanning
As required.
The same drawing should be drawn at the same scale. In order to clearly display a certain component, an additional partial enlarged drawing may be added. Drawings shall contain no annotations other than necessary words. The words in the accompanying drawings should be in Chinese, and if necessary, the original text can be indicated in brackets.
Flow charts and block diagrams should be included as attachments, and necessary text and symbols should be given within their frames. Generally, photos are not allowed to be used as attachments, but in special circumstances, for example, when showing metallographic structures, tissue cells or electrophoresis patterns, photos can be used
and attached to the drawings as attachments.
The pages of the manual and accompanying drawings should be numbered in Arabic numeral order.
