Qualification conditions:
1. Over 18 years old, with full capacity for civil conduct;
2. Graduation from a college of science and engineering or equivalent;
3. Familiar with patent law and related legal knowledge;
4. Have engaged in scientific and technical work or legal work for more than two years.
Graduation from science and engineering majors in colleges and universities refers to obtaining a nationally recognized college degree or above in science and engineering and obtaining a diploma.
As for English, there are no rigid requirements for the qualification examination. If you want to enter a foreign-related firm or the State Intellectual Property Bureau, the English requirements will be higher.
PS: Currently, the "Patent Agency Regulations" are still being revised and soliciting opinions. There may be major changes in the qualifications next year: 1. The academic qualifications will be raised to a bachelor's degree, and 2. Two years of scientific and technological work experience will be cancelled.
