Abstract: The placement machine is a relatively sophisticated production equipment in the SMT process. Before production, the SMT placement machine needs to conduct a series of debugging and testing on the main performance indicators of the equipment. Production work can only be carried out after passing the test. , so do you know how to debug and detect the performance indicators of the SMT placement machine? How to maintain the SMT placement machine? The editor will explain it to you below. 1. How to detect the performance indicators of SMT placement machines
1. Overall performance indicators
(1) Types, specifications, placement directions, substrate dimensions, and placement of mountable components The film range complies with the instructions.
(2) Placement speed: The CPH placement rate tested with 1608 chip components is not less than 60% of the nominal IPC9850 speed, or the SPC speed is not more than 2 times the nominal speed.
(3) The flying chip rate shall not be greater than 3‰.
2. Operating system inspection
(1) The appearance of various indicators, buttons, and operating handles is complete, and the operation and display are normal.
(2) The computer system is working normally.
(3) The input and output system works normally.
3. Mechanical part inspection
(1) All transmission belts, chains, and connecting pins are complete and have no signs of aging or damage.
(2) The transmission guide rails and screws operate smoothly and harmoniously, with no abnormal noise or oil leakage.
4. Inspection of the control part
(1) The drive cylinder, solenoid valve, piping, and connectors are free of foreign matter clogging, looseness, and air leakage. The drive cylinder and solenoid valve work normally without any noise.
(2) The compressed air drying and filtering device is complete and intact.
(3) The vacuum degree of the placement head is not less than 500mmHg.
5. Mounting accuracy index
(1) That is, the maximum offset between the center of the component and the center line of the corresponding pad, not exceeding 1/3 of the width of the solder leg of the component (visual inspection ). Or the occurrence rate of abnormal deviation is not greater than 3‰.
(2) The appearance of the instruments and meters is intact, the indications are accurate, the readings are eye-catching, and they are within the qualified use period.
(3) Regular maintenance should be carried out inside and outside the equipment to keep it clean, free of oil and rust, and the surrounding accessories and accessories should be arranged in an orderly manner, and the equipment should be well lubricated.
2. How to maintain SMT placement machine
SMT maintenance is divided into daily maintenance, weekly maintenance and monthly maintenance. The maintenance contents at each stage are also different. The following editor introduces the regular maintenance content of the placement machine and the precautions after maintenance.
1. Daily maintenance content and maintenance precautions of the placement machine
Daily maintenance content of the placement machine
(1) Be guided by the technician 10 minutes before work every day The operator began to shut down the machine for daily maintenance work.
(2) Use a clean white cloth to clean the dust on the surface of the machine, including the surface of the fuselage, monitor, keyboard, mouse, buttons, switches, etc. If necessary, wipe the surface of the machine with a rag dipped in soapy water. It must be wrung out without dripping before use. It is not allowed to use alcohol or washing water solvents to clean it.
(3) Check whether the air pressure reaches the 0.5MPA air pressure value.
(4) Check whether the PCB conveyor belt runs smoothly. Use PCB for testing without jamming.
(5) Check whether each safety device is normal, including front and rear safety doors, FEEDER floating height SENSOR, and also check whether the area SENSOR is normal. Test the functions of each SENSOR in the running and paused state to see if the display can The SENSOR alarm status is displayed normally.
(6) Use a vacuum cleaner to clean the scattered components inside the machine.
(7) Use lens paper to clean the dust on the LASERSENSORVCS lens.
(8) Warm up the machine and listen to the sound of the machine to see if there are any abnormalities. Start production after no abnormalities are found.
Precautions for daily maintenance of the placement machine
(1) If any abnormality is detected, report it to the technician immediately for processing.
(2) Do not use an air gun to blow away scattered components to avoid blowing them onto the machine board and causing circuit failure.
(3) Maintenance must be performed in the shutdown state.
(4) When cleaning LASERSENSOR, it is not allowed to wipe it with dirty and rough things.
2. Weekly maintenance contents and weekly maintenance precautions of the placement machine
Weekly maintenance contents of the placement machine
(1) First do a spot inspection and check the configuration Check whether the air pipes and joints are leaking, and whether the cylinders of each unit are working properly.
(2) Check whether the conveyor belt, pulleys, and baffles are damaged. If damaged, repair or replace them immediately.
(3) Remove all NOZZLE from the ATC and put it into ultrasonic cleaning (add alcohol to the ultrasonic wave). Take it out after about 5 minutes, blow it clean with an air gun, and then apply a small amount of 1# on the cotton swab. Apply oil to the movable plug on the head. Note that when cleaning NOZZLE heads such as 505, 506, 507, 508, etc., the glue head must be facing up and no alcohol should be stained.
(4) After cleaning the ACT slider with a white cloth, add a little 1# engine oil to the fixing screw of the movable slider.
(5) Use a white cloth strip to clean the cylinder, belt, slider and width adjustment wire of the transmission part, wipe them clean and add a small amount of 1# engine oil to the blocks and pulleys, and add some oil to the width adjustment wire. A small layer of printer's butter.
(6) Use a white cloth strip to clean the XY linear guide and re-add a thin layer of printer butter.
(7) Wipe the LASERWINDOW clean with lens tissue.
(8) Retest all NOZZLE times in SETUP, save and exit.
(9) Check the LASER curve in the manual menu and wipe it clean.
(10) Open the front cover and slowly warm up the machine for 2 minutes, then wipe off the excess butter with a white cloth.
Precautions for weekly maintenance of the placement machine
(1) Pay attention to the fact that all belts should not be stained with grease during the maintenance process.
(2) Do not add too much oil to NOZZLE after cleaning.
(3) LASERWINDOW cannot be cleaned with any chemical solvents.
(4) The NOZZLE on the ATC must be returned to its original position after maintenance.
3. Monthly maintenance content and monthly maintenance precautions for the placement machine
Monthly maintenance content for the placement machine
(1) Turn off the power of the machine.
(2) Wipe off all working head NOZZLE sleeves with a 1.5M inner corner, and replace all FILTERs.
(3) Use a white cloth strip to clean the dust on all SENSORs.
(4) Use a vacuum cleaner to clean the dust in the distribution box. If necessary, clean the boards one by one, clean them with detergent, blow dry with an air gun and reinstall them.
(5) Remove the vacuum generator, disassemble and clean it, use a white cloth to wipe off the dirty grease inside, clean the body with detergent and blow it clean, then re-apply sealing oil to the sealing ring and reassemble it.
(6) Use white cloth to clean the X, Y, and Z axis guide rails and screw rods. Except for the Z axis guide rails and screw rods that require AFL oil, EP2 butter is added to the other guide rails and sliders.
(7) Remove the mouse and clean the internal dirt with a white cloth.
(8) Turn on the machine and warm it up for 5 minutes, and wipe off excess butter with a white cloth.
Precautions after monthly maintenance of the placement machine
(1) Maintenance tools and auxiliary tools (rags, oils, tools) should be checked and cleaned and cannot be left in the machine.
(2) Add too much oil and clean it up in time. Do not spill it on the CCD lens, optical scale, and photoelectric sensors to avoid malfunctioning of the machine and damage to the machine.
(3) Check whether the safety device is reset, maintenancekey, and safetykey are pulled out to prevent safety accidents. Whether the placement of the nozzles in the nozzle stack is consistent with the parameter settings to prevent damage to the nozzles.
