Fuyang, the central city in the northwest of Anhui. Here, Zhong Ling has a rich culture and a long history. The college is an undergraduate college that was admitted by the Ministry of Education in 2004. In 20 10, it was awarded the title of "National Advanced Independent College", and in 20 12, it was recognized as a bachelor's degree awarding unit by the provincial degree office, and began to issue graduation certificates and bachelor's degree certificates independently. The transformation of 202 1 College has been announced by the Ministry of Education, and the name of the school is proposed to be Fuyang Institute of Technology.
The college has 6 departments, including journalism and media department, economic management department, information science department, foreign languages department, food department and design art department, and 29 undergraduate majors, covering six disciplines, namely, literature, science, engineering, economics, management and art. Visual communication design, software engineering, financial management, food science and engineering were selected as provincial first-class undergraduate majors, and network engineering, network and new media were included in the provincial excellent talent training plan. The specialties of food science and engineering, economics and animation were approved as provincial specialties, while the specialties of information and computing science, mathematics and applied mathematics, and business English were set up as provincial comprehensive reform pilot specialties.
The teaching and scientific research level of the college has been continuously improved. In the past five years, the college has obtained the provincial teaching quality project 108, including 6 teaching teams, 7 demonstration experimental training centers, 3 excellent courses1door, and 4 school-enterprise cooperation practice education bases. He presided over 65 vertical scientific research projects at or above the provincial level, published 35 books and teaching materials, published more than 400 academic papers and obtained 75 patents; Approved 18 provincial youth talent support plan.
