Li Xiaohong has long been committed to research on water jet technology and its application in coal mine safety engineering since 1982. She is one of the leaders in the field of mining engineering in my country. In view of the serious gas disaster in complex coal mines in my country, Major safety issues, put forward the academic idea of ??integrating advanced disaster prevention and control with coalbed methane mining and utilization, invented a gas, solid, and liquid multi-phase oscillating jet that can generate pulse stress waves and sonic shock waves, and innovatively developed a multi-phase Oscillating jet creates gridded seams in coal seams to enhance air permeability and strengthen gas desorption technology. We have independently developed a complete set of equipment for advanced coal mine gas disaster control, which has been promoted and applied in nearly 50 coal mines in Chongqing, Sichuan, Guizhou, Shanxi, Henan, and Anhui. , has made important contributions to the safety production of coal mines in my country. The results have been listed as a major national scientific and technological achievement transformation project by the Ministry of Finance, playing a certain leading and demonstration role across the country.

He has presided over more than 20 national, provincial and ministerial-level scientific research projects, and won 2 second-class national scientific and technological progress awards, 1 third-class award, 4 first-class provincial and ministerial-level scientific and technological progress awards and first-class invention awards.
