Lei Xintao, male, born in 1973, Ph.D., associate researcher, master's tutor. He is currently Secretary of the Party Committee of the Coconut Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Tropical Agricultural Sciences, leader of the tropical oil crop genetics and breeding discipline of the Coconut Research Institute, director of the Oil Palm Research Center of the Coconut Research Institute, academic member of the Chinese Academy of Tropical Agricultural Sciences, and executive director of the Tropical and Subtropical Fruit Branch of the Chinese Horticultural Society, Hainan. Executive director of the Provincial Bioengineering Association.

Mainly engaged in research on the introduction, evaluation and innovative utilization of tropical oil-producing plants and tropical fruit tree germplasm resources. Tang Longxiang, male, born in 1964, researcher, master's tutor. He is currently the Coconut Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Tropical Agricultural Sciences, the China Coordinator of the International Coconut Genetic Resources Network (COGENT), a part-time professor at Hainan University, a director of the Hainan Soil and Fertilizer Society, and an expert in the Hainan Agricultural Science and Technology Service "110". Graduated from South China Tropical Crops College in 1985, majoring in tropical crop cultivation. From 1998 to 2000, he was an on-the-job master's student in crop cultivation and farming at South China Tropical Agriculture University.

Mainly engaged in professional and technical research on coconut cultivation and germplasm resources. Involving coconut high-yield cultivation, innovative utilization of germplasm resources, standard formulation (revision), etc. As of 2011, he has presided over and participated in the completion of more than 10 achievements, some of which have won scientific and technological progress awards from the Ministry of Agriculture, Hainan Province and the Research Institute; he has published more than 30 papers. Undertaken 5 international cooperation, national, provincial and ministerial level projects. Chen Weijun, male, born in 1975, Ph.D., associate researcher, master's tutor. He is currently the deputy director of the Science and Technology Department of the Chinese Academy of Tropical Agricultural Sciences and the deputy director of the Coconut Research Institute.

He has presided over or participated in a number of national, provincial and ministerial level projects such as public welfare industry science and technology projects of the Ministry of Agriculture, scientific and technological achievement transformation projects, and basic scientific research business expenses for central-level scientific research units. He has published more than 40 articles in domestic and foreign journals such as Food Chemistry, Food Research International, British Journal of Pharmacology, Bioorganic & Medicinal Chemistry Letters, and 19 of them have been included in SCI. Invited to review for more than 10 journals including Food Chemistry. He currently serves as the Secretary-General of the Hainan Coconut Industry Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance, the Deputy Director of the Hainan Coconut Deep Processing Engineering Technology Research Center, and the Director of the Agricultural Products Storage and Processing Branch of the Chinese Agricultural Society.

Cao Hongxing, female, born in 1977, Ph.D., associate researcher, master's tutor. He currently serves as the deputy director of the Oil Palm Research Center and the Hainan Provincial Key Laboratory of Tropical Oil Biology, and is an expert in the Hainan Provincial Agricultural Science and Technology Service "110". In 2012, he was selected as an Outstanding Talent in Tropical Agricultural Research.

He has presided over more than 10 national, provincial and ministerial level scientific research projects, participated in the compilation of 3 monographs, applied for more than 10 patents, authorized 8 items, and published more than 20 academic papers in domestic and foreign journals, including SCI 5 papers are included.

Mainly engaged in research on plant resources and genetic breeding, especially in the innovative utilization of tropical oil and major palm economic plant germplasm resources, especially in tropical and subtropical stress-resistant ecology, and has accumulated certain experience.
