7. Patent registration fee, annual fee for authorization, announcement printing fee and stamp duty: the payment period of the above fees is within two months from the date when the applicant receives the notice of granting the patent right from the Patent Office.
8. Annual fee: the annual fee for the year in which the patent right is granted shall be paid within the time limit specified in the notice of handling the registration formalities issued by the Patent Office, and the annual fees thereafter shall be paid before the expiration of the previous year. The expiration date of the payment period is the corresponding date of the application date of the current year.
