At present, the main dry floor heating module products on the market are basically composed of insulation layer and aluminum plate, which can be divided into keel module and non-keel module according to the installation method.

1. keel drying method module

According to the size of the floor heating module, the wooden keel is fixed, the floor heating module is laid in the wooden keel, the aluminum plate soaking layer is laid on the wooden keel, and the wooden keel shares the weight of the floor and furniture.

2. No keel dry module

The floor heating module directly bears the gravity of the floor and furniture, so the strength requirement of the floor heating module is higher.

Because the installation of the keel-free method module does not need wooden keel, the field installation is more flexible.

In addition to classification by installation method, it can also be classified by insulation materials and pipe diameter of floor heating.

Second, some problems of dry process module

Dry module is composed of insulating layer and aluminum plate. Compared with the traditional wet module, the dry module has higher requirements. Once the product quality or construction is not up to standard, it is easy to have various problems.

1. Insulation material is unqualified.

The insulation performance is not up to standard, and the energy consumption of floor heating remains high; If the compressive strength is not enough, there may be hidden dangers of ground collapse.

2. The soaking layer is not up to standard.

JJ142-2012 stipulates that the soaking layer shall be made of materials not less than 237 W/(m k) and the thickness shall be not less than 0.3 mm ..

If the thickness is not up to standard, uneven heating and cooling may occur, which will affect the comfort of heating.

3. Production technology

When the insulation layer and soaking layer are combined into one, if the production process is not up to standard, there may be:

(1) The soaking layer falls off, which aggravates the noise between the pipeline and the aluminum plate;

② The clamping groove is too shallow to fix the pipe, and the pipe is stuck;

(3) The heat transfer effect of the pipeline with too deep groove is poor, which affects the heating effect.

4. The construction is not standardized
