Manufacturing principle: A proper amount of high-temperature foaming agent is introduced into the composition of the material and fired within the softening and melting temperature range of the material. At high temperature, the main raw materials react with foaming agent to produce a large number of volatile gases. Due to the high viscosity of the material melt, the volatilization of gas leads to the overall expansion of the material. With the decrease of sintering temperature, the pores in the melt remain after gas volatilization, and dense closed pores appear inside the material, and finally the porous lightweight material structure is obtained.
Lightweight: the bulk density of foam ceramics is 380~430kg/m? The weight is only half that of traditional aerated brick, which can greatly reduce the load of building structure.
High strength: the compressive strength is above 5MPa, and the single-point hanging force of the product is above 100 kg, which can completely meet the hanging requirements of household appliances such as water heaters, televisions and air conditioners.
Fire-proof and flame-retardant: Foamed ceramics are made by calcining raw materials to a molten state at a high temperature of 1200℃ and then foaming. Good fire resistance and flame retardancy, belonging to Class A incombustible materials.
Waterproof and moisture-proof: The completely non-absorbent performance of foam ceramics is closely related to its product structure, because each pore is an independent closed-cell form, so it can effectively prevent the conduction and penetration of water and moisture.
Thermal insulation: Because the product is an independent closed-cell structure with high porosity, the thermal insulation performance is very good, and the thermal conductivity is only 0.064 W/(m k).
Sound insulation and noise reduction: This is also directly related to the product structure. 10cm thick foam ceramic has an air sound insulation capacity of 43dB, which has met the requirements of daily use as an indoor partition wall.
Green environmental protection: As a new type of green building materials, foamed ceramics mainly use granite tailings as raw materials, realizing the development concept of green development, circular economy and comprehensive utilization of resources.
Simple installation: the installation of foam ceramic partition board is very simple. Both sides of the wallboard are tenon-groove structure, and the joints are bonded with tile glue. The wallboard is connected with the beam, plate and column of the main structure through galvanized L-shaped angle code. Dry construction in the whole process plays a positive role in promoting safe and civilized construction on site and can reduce a lot of construction waste.
