5. The fee for applying for subsidies should be the fee already paid to China National Intellectual Property Administration;
6, did not apply to the provincial intellectual property office for patent subsidy funds;
7. Patents filed this year.
Secondly, citizens, enterprises or other organizations applying for the use of patent subsidy funds shall submit the following materials:
1, Harbin Patent Application Grant Fund Application Form;
2, the party and government organs, enterprises and institutions or other organizations to apply for patent subsidies should provide a copy of the legal person business license and code certificate; Individuals applying for patent subsidies should provide a copy of their ID cards;
3. The original and photocopy of the payment invoice for patent application issued by the national intellectual property right or its agency shall be provided; If the patent applicant is an enterprise, institution or other organization, and the original payment invoice for patent application has been credited to the financial account, the original shall be presented, returned after examination and seal, and a copy shall be retained by the Municipal Intellectual Property Office.
4. Original and photocopy of China National Intellectual Property Administration patent acceptance notice;
5. A complete copy of the patent application documents shall be provided, including the patent request, the abstract of the specification and the claims.
